    Today I woke up around 11am. Once out of bed I went down to the basement to do my scheduled 25 minute Zone 2 bike ride. After the bike ride I took a shower and had a cup of coffee and a muffin for breakfast. Then I played some Call of Duty Zombies.

    I need to find the motivation to stretch so that I can be more comfortable on the bike. I have been doing some reading and I guess my lack of flexibility can cause knee and hip pain while on the bike. That is something that I really need to avoid if i want to stick with it long term.

    I am still vaping and need to work on quiting as soon as possible. The only problem with quiting right now is I dont want to quit. So ill probably fail but its something i need to do eventully.

    Well my day is over. I did find the time to stretch. I also cleaned up the basement some. The home gym is starting to come together. I have a bench, squat rack, smart trainer with a road bike on it, 300# worth of weights, and tomorrow i’ll be picking up a rowing machine.
